RAG/AI Knowledge Platform
Reduced knowledge discovery timeInternal knowledge base platform with AI-powered document search and PRD assistant, enabling teams to find information and generate product documents faster.
Challenge
Large volume of unstructured internal documents made it difficult for teams to find relevant information quickly. Manual PRD writing was time-consuming and inconsistent.
Solution
Built a RAG pipeline with document chunking, embedding generation, and semantic search. Integrated LLM-powered assistant for PRD drafting with context from existing documentation.
Trading Broker Connector Service
Reliable broker integrationIntegration service connecting internal trading platform to external forex broker APIs, handling order routing, signal forwarding, and real-time market data synchronization.
Challenge
Integrating with multiple broker APIs that have different protocols, rate limits, and data formats while ensuring reliable order delivery and consistent state between systems.
Solution
Designed a modular connector architecture with broker-specific adapters, queue-based order routing for reliability, and automated health checks to handle broker downtime gracefully.
Notification Service
Reliable delivery across channelsCentralized multi-channel notification service handling email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging with priority-based delivery.
Challenge
Managing high-volume notifications across multiple channels without message loss, while respecting rate limits, user preferences, and delivery priorities.
Solution
Designed a queue-driven architecture with RabbitMQ for reliable message delivery, Redis for rate limiting and deduplication, and channel-specific adapters for each delivery method.
API Gateway
Unified gateway for all servicesCentralized API gateway using Kong for routing, authentication, rate limiting, and traffic management across multiple backend microservices.
Challenge
Multiple services with inconsistent authentication, no centralized rate limiting, and difficulty managing cross-cutting concerns like logging and request transformation.
Solution
Deployed Kong as the API gateway layer with custom plugins for JWT validation, per-consumer rate limiting, request/response transformation, and centralized logging to ELK stack.
